FAQ – Kensmere

You can request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.

Not all items are returnable. Certain products may be excluded for hygiene reasons or if clearly marked as final sale on the product page.

Please email info@kensmere.store with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China (unless we instruct you otherwise). Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed. The return address will be provided/confirmed after you contact us.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer an alternative solution.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any carrier/customs fees that may apply.

For non-defect returns (e.g., change of mind), a £10 storage/return processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

After your return arrives and is approved, we refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of the return for processing (banks may take longer).

Estimated total delivery time is typically 6–10 business days (processing + transit). Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistics/customs.
